Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add plain Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop out portions of the yogurt mixture, placing them evenly spaced.
  3. Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and allow the yogurt bites to freeze for about 4 hours or until firm.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips and avocado oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate, let excess drip off, sprinkle with sea salt, and freeze again for 30 minutes.
