- Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for 10-12 minutes.
- Brush rolls with olive oil and set aside.
- Layer provolone cheese, mozzarella, and marinated chicken on bottom halves of rolls. Sprinkle with basil and thyme, and cover with top halves.
