Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium heat, around 350°F to 400°F.
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut through the top of the lobster shell from the center towards the tail.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush lobster meat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place lobster tails flesh side down on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Flip the tails, brush with garlic butter, and grill for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Remove from grill, drizzle with remaining garlic butter, and serve with lemon wedges.
