Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, chopped fresh parsley, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  2. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade, tossing gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat, aiming for 400°F (200°C).
  4. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling. Thread shrimp onto skewers if desired.
  5. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque and bright pink.
