Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  2. Spread the hazelnuts on the baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, until fragrant and golden.
  3. Allow the hazelnuts to cool for 20 minutes, then remove the skins by rubbing them in a towel.
  4. Transfer the skinned hazelnuts to a mixing bowl.
  5. Melt chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth and glossy, about 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the hazelnuts and mix gently until coated.
  7. Use an ice cream scoop to form clusters on the lined baking sheet.
  8. Let the clusters sit at room temperature for about an hour, or refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  9. Once set, transfer to an airtight container for storage.
