Prepare
- Line a 12-cup muffin pan with muffin liners or silicone baking cups.
- Spoon about 2 teaspoons of granola into the bottom of each muffin cup.
- In a mixing bowl, mash yogurt with hulled and diced strawberries until mixed.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of the yogurt and strawberry mixture into each muffin cup.
- Press sliced strawberries into the tops and sprinkle extra granola.
- Place muffin pan in the freezer for 2-4 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, pop out of liners and allow to thaw slightly before serving.
