Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 2 teaspoons Granola Opt for sugar-free for lower sugar option.
  • 1 cup Yogurt Greek yogurt recommended for thickness.
For the Filling
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries Hulled and diced.
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries Sliced or chopped.
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Granola Use your favorite blend.

Method
 

Prepare
  1. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with muffin liners or silicone baking cups.
  2. Spoon about 2 teaspoons of granola into the bottom of each muffin cup.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mash yogurt with hulled and diced strawberries until mixed.
  4. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the yogurt and strawberry mixture into each muffin cup.
  5. Press sliced strawberries into the tops and sprinkle extra granola.
  6. Place muffin pan in the freezer for 2-4 hours or until firm.
  7. Once frozen, pop out of liners and allow to thaw slightly before serving.
