  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Fresh lemon is preferable
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard Substitute with yellow mustard if desired
For the Salad
  • 10 oz Tuna Drained, water-packed tuna recommended
  • 2 stalks Celery Minced, can substitute with bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons Red Onion Minced, can substitute with green onions
  • Dill or Parsley Chopped, or use chives/cilantro
  • Salt Adjust to taste
  • Black Pepper Adjust to taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Flake the drained tuna into the bowl with the yogurt mixture and gently combine.
  3. Fold in minced celery and red onion until evenly distributed.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve on wraps, lettuce, or enjoy straight from the bowl.
