- In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat and add ground beef. Cook for 5-6 minutes, breaking it apart until browned. Drain grease, season with salt, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Remove from heat.
- Finely chop half a red onion. In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté onions for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Alternatively, add to the beef in the last minute of cooking.
- Prepare frozen French fries according to package instructions (about 20 minutes at 425°F).
- In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, Dijon mustard, paprika, and white vinegar. Add garlic and onion powder, stir well, and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
- Divide shredded romaine lettuce among four bowls. Top with seasoned beef, grape tomatoes, shredded cheese, pickle slices, and crispy French fries. Drizzle with special sauce before serving.
