  • 1 cup Warm Water Room temperature water can be used as an alternative.
  • 1 tablespoon Sakura Powder Adjust to taste.
  • 1 cup Filtered Water For mixing with sakura powder.
Sweetness and Fizz
  • 1/4 cup Lychees in Syrup or Juice Fresh lychees can be a delightful alternative.
  • 1 cup Sparkling Water or Tonic Water Tonic will add a hint of bitterness.
  • 1 cup Ice To chill the drink.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Soak the salt-pickled sakura flowers in warm water for about 10-15 minutes, rinse and set aside.
  2. Combine sakura powder with filtered water in a small bowl, mixing until smooth.
  3. Fill a large glass with ice, pour in lychee syrup or juice, then add the sakura mixture and top with sparkling water or tonic.
  4. Garnish with soaked sakura flowers and a lychee on a toothpick.
  5. Serve immediately for the best experience.
