  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries Chopped and coated in flour
For the Strawberry Glaze
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Strawberry Puree
  • 2 tablespoons Milk or Cream Adjust for consistency

Cake Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a Bundt pan.
  2. Beat unsalted butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy, then add granulated sugar.

  4. Whisk together all-purpose flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually mix the flour mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the floured strawberries gently into the batter.
  7. Pour the batter into the greased Bundt pan and bake for 65-75 minutes.
  8. Cool the cake in the pan for 15 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
  9. Beat cream cheese until smooth, mix in powdered sugar, strawberry puree, and milk or cream.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake and serve.
