Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Add melted butter and pecans; stir until crumbly.
  3. Reserve 1.5 cups of the crumble mixture for the topping and press the remainder into the bottom of the baking pan.
  4. In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir over medium heat until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour fudge mixture over the crust, sprinkle with reserved crumble, and top with M&Ms and sprinkles.
  6. Bake for 20-23 minutes until edges pull away and top is golden. Let cool for 30-60 minutes.
  7. Lift bars out using parchment paper, and cut into squares for serving.
