Preparation Steps
- Beat together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer until silky smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the cooled graham cracker crust.
- Dissolve one package of Jello in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring thoroughly until it completely dissolves. Add 1 cup of cold water to the hot mixture and let cool for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Pour the slightly thickened Jello mixture over the cream cheese layer, ensuring even distribution. Chill for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once the first Jello layer has set, prepare the remaining cream cheese filling and spread it on top of the first Jello layer.
- Repeat the Jello preparation process for the second layer, pour it over the cream cheese layer, and chill again for another 2 hours until set.
- Top the pie with whipped topping and optional Easter candies or sprinkles before serving.

Notes
Allow each layer to set for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator to prevent mixing. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
