Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Beat together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer until silky smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the cooled graham cracker crust.
  2. Dissolve one package of Jello in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring thoroughly until it completely dissolves. Add 1 cup of cold water to the hot mixture and let cool for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Pour the slightly thickened Jello mixture over the cream cheese layer, ensuring even distribution. Chill for at least 2 hours until set.
  4. Once the first Jello layer has set, prepare the remaining cream cheese filling and spread it on top of the first Jello layer.
  5. Repeat the Jello preparation process for the second layer, pour it over the cream cheese layer, and chill again for another 2 hours until set.
  6. Top the pie with whipped topping and optional Easter candies or sprinkles before serving.
