  • 1/2 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce can be made at home
  • 2 tablespoons Chipotle Sauce or hot sauce for less heat
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese other cheeses like Monterey Jack are also great
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella can be dairy-free
For Assembly
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas corn tortillas are gluten-free
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or Oil for grilling

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 8–10 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess grease, sprinkle in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Warm the Tortillas: Warm tortillas in a skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side or microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them flexible.
  3. Assemble the Burrito: Lay a warm tortilla flat. Add rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, sour cream, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Grill the Burrito: Heat a non-stick skillet and add butter or oil. Place burrito seam side down and grill for 3–4 minutes. Flip and grill the other side.
  5. Serve and Enjoy: Let burrito cool for a minute before slicing in half. Serve with salsa, guacamole, or salad.
