Step-by-Step Instructions
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 8–10 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess grease, sprinkle in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm the Tortillas: Warm tortillas in a skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side or microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them flexible.
- Assemble the Burrito: Lay a warm tortilla flat. Add rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, sour cream, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese.
- Grill the Burrito: Heat a non-stick skillet and add butter or oil. Place burrito seam side down and grill for 3–4 minutes. Flip and grill the other side.
- Serve and Enjoy: Let burrito cool for a minute before slicing in half. Serve with salsa, guacamole, or salad.

Notes
For best results, use enough cheese on the outside for a crispy crust. Warm tortillas to prevent tearing during wrapping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
