Preparation Steps
  1. In a clean jar or container, combine rolled oats and optional chia seeds. Use about 1/2 cup of oats as your base.
  2. Pour in your choice of milk over the oat mixture. Stir in 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter if making that variation, along with your sweetener of choice.
  3. For the Peaches and Cream version, add diced fresh peaches. For Pina Colada, add crushed pineapple and shredded coconut.
  4. Stir all the ingredients together until fully combined, ensuring a uniform texture.
  5. Cover the container tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  6. When ready to eat, stir the mixture and add more milk if it's too thick. Serve directly from the jar.
