- Start by washing and cutting ripe peaches into small chunks, removing the pits. Spread the peach chunks in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place them in the freezer for about 2–3 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Once the peaches are frozen, transfer them to a food processor. Add the granulated sugar and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Pulse briefly to break up the peach chunks, then blend continuously until smooth and creamy.
