  3. Coat the Chicken: Dredge marinated chicken in the breading mixture and let rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat the Oil: Heat about 1 inch of oil in a skillet until it reaches 350°F.
  5. Fry the Chicken: Fry chicken pieces in hot oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Drain the Chicken: Transfer fried chicken to a wire rack to drain excess oil.
  7. Prepare the Dilly Blue Cheese Sauce: Mix sour cream, blue cheese, dill, and lemon juice in a bowl.
