  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice or lemon juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil or olive oil

  • 1 pound Beef Steak sirloin or ribeye recommended
  • 2 cups Assorted Vegetables bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, honey, chili garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, freshly ground black pepper, and avocado oil.
  2. Place your beef steak in a large resealable bag or bowl, then pour the prepared marinade over the meat, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  3. While the steak marinates, wash and chop your assorted vegetables into even pieces.
  4. Once the steak is marinated, remove it from the fridge, and start threading the beef and prepared vegetables onto skewers.
  5. Before grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil the grill grates.
  6. Place the assembled kebabs on the grill, cooking them for about 8-10 minutes total, turning every 2-3 minutes.
  7. Once grilled to your liking, remove the kebabs from the heat and allow them to rest for about 5 minutes.
