Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, honey, chili garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, freshly ground black pepper, and avocado oil.
- Place your beef steak in a large resealable bag or bowl, then pour the prepared marinade over the meat, ensuring each piece is well coated.
- While the steak marinates, wash and chop your assorted vegetables into even pieces.
- Once the steak is marinated, remove it from the fridge, and start threading the beef and prepared vegetables onto skewers.
- Before grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil the grill grates.
- Place the assembled kebabs on the grill, cooking them for about 8-10 minutes total, turning every 2-3 minutes.
- Once grilled to your liking, remove the kebabs from the heat and allow them to rest for about 5 minutes.

Notes
Marinate overnight for best flavor. Use a meat thermometer to check doneness, aiming for medium-rare (135°F). Allow kebabs to rest before serving for maximum flavor.
