Baking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Allow about 10 to 15 minutes for the oven to reach temperature.
- Generously coat the donut pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, egg, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Transfer the batter into a ziplock bag, cut off one corner, and pipe into the donut pan, filling each cavity halfway.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. The donuts should spring back lightly when touched.
- Let the donuts cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Mix confectioners sugar with milk in a medium bowl until smooth. Adjust consistency as needed.
- Once cooled, drizzle icing over the donuts and garnish with sprinkles or additional strawberries.
