Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by cutting the vine-ripe tomatoes in half, then use a spoon to gently scoop out the seeds, and dice the deseeded tomatoes into uniform pieces.
  2. Next, finely dice the red onion, and soak in cold water if you want a milder taste.
  3. Finely chop a handful of fresh cilantro and ensure it's evenly mixed.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, and chopped cilantro, and stir gently.
  5. Zest and juice your fresh limes over the salsa mixture and mix everything well.
  6. Sprinkle sea salt over the salsa just before serving, and give it one last gentle stir.
