  1. Start by dicing the red bell peppers and purple onion into small, bite-sized pieces. If you're using fresh corn, remove the kernels from the cob; otherwise, drain your canned corn or thaw your frozen corn. Grate the cheddar cheese and set aside.
  2. If you’re planning to serve the Fritos Chili Cheese Salad later, arrange all your prepared ingredients in separate containers to maintain freshness.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add in the corn, diced bell peppers, purple onion, and grated cheddar cheese. Mix these ingredients gently until evenly distributed.
