  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil Can be omitted if desired.
  • 1 cup Chopped Peanuts Substitute with any nut or omit for nut-free bars.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Start by peeling 2 medium ripe bananas and slicing them in half lengthwise, then into quarters. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Spread a layer of natural, no-sugar-added peanut butter over each banana slice.
  3. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the peanut butter and press gently. Add a pinch of sea salt on top.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 cup of dark chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate generously over each banana slice, covering peanut butter and peanuts fully.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the treats chill for at least 1 hour.
  7. Transfer the treats to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
