Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by blending 1 cup of Fruity Pebbles in a food processor until they turn into fine crumbs.
- In a medium bowl, sift together 2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of melted and cooled unsalted butter, 3/4 cup of packed brown sugar, 3/4 cup of white granulated sugar, 2 large eggs at room temperature, and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of remaining whole Fruity Pebbles and 1 cup of white chocolate chips into the dough.
- Allow the cookie dough to rest for about 10-15 minutes while you preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using a cookie scoop or 3 tablespoons of dough, form cookie balls and roll them in additional Fruity Pebbles.
- Bake your Fruity Pebble Cookies in the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden but the centers remain slightly soft.
- Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool for a few minutes before diving in.

Notes
Allow the melted butter to cool before mixing to maintain chewy texture. Use accurate flour measurement to avoid dry cookies. Resting time enhances flavor and improves texture.
