Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by blending 1 cup of Fruity Pebbles in a food processor until they turn into fine crumbs.
  2. In a medium bowl, sift together 2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of melted and cooled unsalted butter, 3/4 cup of packed brown sugar, 3/4 cup of white granulated sugar, 2 large eggs at room temperature, and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in 1 cup of remaining whole Fruity Pebbles and 1 cup of white chocolate chips into the dough.
