  • 1 cup Heavy Cream can substitute with half-and-half or coconut cream

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a large baking sheet.
  2. Toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread on the baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes.
  3. Melt unsalted butter over medium heat in a skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Season the salmon fillets with salt and sear skin-side down for about 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Remove salmon, add asparagus to the same skillet, sauté for 3-4 minutes, then add lemon juice and heavy cream.
  6. Plate the dish with roasted potatoes, salmon fillet, and sautéed asparagus, drizzling extra garlic butter on top.
