- Prepare the Asparagus by trimming woody ends off and cutting into 2-inch pieces. Rinse shrimp and pat dry.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat until bubbling.
- Add asparagus to skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- In the same skillet, add more butter if needed, reduce heat and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
