  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For smokiness
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Asparagus by trimming woody ends off and cutting into 2-inch pieces. Rinse shrimp and pat dry.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat until bubbling.
  3. Add asparagus to skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  4. In the same skillet, add more butter if needed, reduce heat and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  6. Return asparagus to skillet with shrimp, squeeze lemon juice over and stir to coat.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately while hot.
