Preparation Steps

  3. Slice sweet potatoes into 1/8-inch thick slices and layer them in the greased baking dish.
  4. Pour the cream sauce evenly over the sweet potatoes and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Optionally broil for 1-2 minutes for added crispiness.
