Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef and a finely chopped onion over medium heat for about 6–8 minutes, or until browned and onion is soft. Drain the excess grease, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir in shredded cheese until melted. Let cool slightly.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Open your biscuit dough and separate it into individual rounds. Flatten each into 3-inch circles.
  4. Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of the cooled beef mixture into the center of each dough circle. Fold over the filling and pinch edges to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  6. Melt butter with minced garlic and brush over the bombs as soon as they are out of the oven. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Best enjoyed warm.
