Method
 

Preparing Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers
  1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, dried Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Cut the boneless skinless chicken breasts into even cubes. Add the chicken to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C).
  5. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  6. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from grill and let skewers rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
