Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Place the halibut fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season each fillet with salt and pepper.
Evenly distribute the Parmesan mixture over the top of each halibut fillet, pressing it down gently to adhere.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
