Preparation
- Grease an 8" x 8" pan with cooking spray or butter, then line with parchment paper.
- In separate bowls, melt black and red candy melts in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Warm cream cheese frosting in the microwave for about 45 seconds.
- Divide frosting between melted candy and mix until smooth.
- Layer half of the black mixture in the pan, followed by red, and then the remaining black mixture.
- Cover the pan and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment, slice, and top with sprinkles or caramel.
