Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grease an 8" x 8" pan with cooking spray or butter, then line with parchment paper.
  2. In separate bowls, melt black and red candy melts in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
  3. Warm cream cheese frosting in the microwave for about 45 seconds.
  4. Divide frosting between melted candy and mix until smooth.
  5. Layer half of the black mixture in the pan, followed by red, and then the remaining black mixture.
  6. Cover the pan and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  7. Lift the fudge out using the parchment, slice, and top with sprinkles or caramel.
