Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your panini press or a skillet over medium heat for at least 5 minutes.
  2. Slice rustic bread into two even pieces and spread hazelnut spread on one side of each slice.
  3. Layer thin slices of brie cheese and fresh raspberries atop the hazelnut spread on one slice.
  4. Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread, gently pressing down.
  5. Spread softened unsalted butter on the outer sides of the sandwich.
  6. Grill the sandwich in the preheated panini press or skillet for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove the panini and let it cool before slicing diagonally and serving warm.
