Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice ciabatta bread lengthwise and brush the insides with olive oil. Toast in a skillet for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Spread garlic aioli on one half and drizzled balsamic glaze on the other half to prevent sogginess.
  3. Layer grilled chicken or turkey on the aioli side, followed by fresh mozzarella or brie. Broil for 1-2 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  4. Add roasted red bell peppers and arugula or spinach over the melted cheese. Scatter caramelized onions on top if desired.
  5. Press the top half of the ciabatta onto the filling and slice diagonally. Serve immediately to enjoy the crunch and flavors.
