  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together fresh lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over, ensuring even coating. Seal bag or cover dish, refrigerate for at least one hour or ideally overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F). Brush grill grates with oil.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Discard remaining marinade.
  5. Place chicken on grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 6-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. After grilling, remove chicken and let rest for about 5 minutes covered loosely with foil.
  7. Slice chicken if desired, garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve.
