- In a medium bowl, whisk together fresh lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over, ensuring even coating. Seal bag or cover dish, refrigerate for at least one hour or ideally overnight.
