For the Marinade
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
For the Chicken and Pineapple
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless
  • 1 medium Pineapple cut into rings

Method
 

Marinade Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove chicken from the marinade and place on the grill.
  3. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  4. Add pineapple rings to the grill during the last few minutes of cooking.
  5. Remove from grill and let rest before serving.
