- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Brush the grill grates with olive oil.
- Roll or stretch your pizza dough into a 12-inch round on a floured surface and brush one side with olive oil.
- Place the dough oil-side down on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until grill marks form.
- Brush the top side of the grilled dough with BBQ sauce, then top with chicken, corn, and cheese.
- Close the grill lid and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the grill, add optional toppings, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
