  • 1 cup Cheese Mix A blend of mozzarella and cheddar

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Brush the grill grates with olive oil.
  2. Roll or stretch your pizza dough into a 12-inch round on a floured surface and brush one side with olive oil.
  3. Place the dough oil-side down on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until grill marks form.
  4. Brush the top side of the grilled dough with BBQ sauce, then top with chicken, corn, and cheese.
  5. Close the grill lid and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove the pizza from the grill, add optional toppings, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
