Cooking Steps

  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until crisp-tender and slightly browned.
  3. Prepare grains like rice, quinoa, or couscous according to package instructions, typically simmering for 15-20 minutes. Keep warm.
  4. In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer gently for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
