- Wash and dry the bell peppers thoroughly. Slice each pepper in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
- Drizzle olive oil over the halved peppers and coat evenly. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano if desired.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
- Place the pepper halves skin-side down on the grill. Grill for approximately 5-7 minutes until char marks appear.
- Flip the peppers so the flesh side is down and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender.
