Preparation Steps

  3. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes or use metal skewers.
  4. Thread 4-6 shrimp onto each skewer, leaving space for even cooking.
  5. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
  6. Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
