- Add large shrimp to the marinade and ensure they are evenly coated; let them marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes or use metal skewers.
- Thread 4-6 shrimp onto each skewer, leaving space for even cooking.
