Preparation
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Place sirloin steak cubes in a resealable plastic bag, pour half of the marinade, seal, massage to coat and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- In a separate bowl, combine shrimp with remaining marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F).
- Assemble kabobs by threading steak, shrimp, and assorted veggies onto soaked skewers, leaving space between each piece.
- Grill kabobs for 3-4 minutes per side, rotating until steak is done and shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove kabobs from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
