Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices cut into 2-inch pieces until crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Using the same skillet, add the loose breakfast sausage and cook it over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, around 5-7 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and salt until fully combined.
  5. Carefully slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping them connected as a single slab.
  6. Spread the scrambled eggs evenly across the roll base, followed by the cooked sausage, crispy bacon, and finally the cheese.
  7. Place the top half of the rolls over the filled base, brush the melted butter generously over the top, and sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel seasoning.
  8. Bake in your preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, and the tops of the rolls are golden brown.
  9. Once baked, remove the sliders from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before slicing into individual sliders and garnishing with fresh chives.
