  • 4 cups beef broth

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onions, carrots, and celery. Sauté until vegetables soften.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, rice, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 20-25 minutes until rice is cooked.
