Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine warm water and instant yeast in a mixing bowl. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Mix in sugar, salt, and vegetable oil. Gradually add all-purpose flour to form a soft dough.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let rise for about 30 minutes until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough, roll it out into a 12-inch round on a floured surface.
  6. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
  7. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet, add buffalo sauce, chicken, jalapenos, mozzarella, and blue cheese if using.
  8. Bake for about 15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
