- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into uniform 1-inch chunks.

- Preheat grill to 400°F for even cooking.
- Transfer seasoned potatoes onto a sheet of foil and seal tightly to create a packet.
- Place the sealed packet on the grill and cook for 10 minutes, flip and grill for another 10 minutes.
- Carefully open the packet and layer cheese, bacon, and parsley on top of the potatoes.
- Return the packet to the grill for an additional 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Remove the packet and garnish with green onions before serving.
