Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickles diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves or sandwich bread for serving

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, honey, and hot sauce. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, diced celery, red onion, sweet pickles, and parsley to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the amount of hot sauce if you prefer more heat.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve the chicken salad on a bed of lettuce or as a filling in sandwiches.
