Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the baby back ribs, pat dry, and rub with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) or prepare smoker at 225°F (107°C). Bake ribs in foil for 2.5 to 3 hours until fork-tender.
  3. In a saucepan, combine honey, chopped jalapeños, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until thick.
  4. Brush glaze over tender ribs and grill or broil for 3-5 minutes until caramelized.
  5. Let ribs rest for 5 minutes, slice, and serve warm.
