Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Scrub the Russet potatoes clean, dry them, poke holes with a fork, rub with oil, and sprinkle salt.

- Increase the oven temperature to 450°F (232°C). Slice the cooled potatoes in half and scoop out some flesh.

- Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the crispy skins, followed by crumbled bacon. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
