Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 2 pounds Jumbo Shrimp deveined and shelled
  • 1 pound Snow Crab Clusters pre-cooked for quicker meal
  • 1 pound Andouille Sausage sliced
Vegetables
  • 1.5 pounds Potatoes small to medium red or Yukon gold
  • 4 ears Corn on the Cob cut into halves or thirds
  • 6 pieces Hard-Boiled Eggs adds richness
Seasoning & Broth
  • 3-4 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning use homemade for customized kick
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning can substitute with celery salt and paprika
  • 1-2 bottles Beer any lager, IPA, or pilsner
  • 6-8 quarts Water
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 1 cup Butter unsalted
  • 4-6 cloves Minced Garlic fresh yields best results
  • 1-2 tablespoons Lemon Juice fresh is best
  • 1/4 cup Parsley finely chopped

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large pot, combine water, beer, Cajun seasoning, and Old Bay seasoning. Add sliced onions, lemon halves, and garlic cloves. Bring to a vigorous boil for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add potatoes to the boiling broth and cook uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until fork-tender.
  3. Stir in corn and sausage, increase heat slightly, and continue boiling for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  4. Gently add shrimp and snow crab clusters. Cook for 3-5 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
  6. Drain the seafood boil, transfer to a serving platter, drizzle garlic butter sauce, and serve immediately.
