Ingredients
  

Puff Pastry
  • 1 package Puff Pastry Use brands made with real butter.
Chicken Salad Filling
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Grilled chicken breasts, chopped.
  • 1 cup Celery Finely diced.
  • 1 cup Grapes Halved.
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise High-quality.
  • 1/4 cup Onion Finely chopped.
  • to taste Seasoning Salt and Tony's seasoning.

Method
 

Puff Pastry Preparation
  1. Thaw puff pastry. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out pastry and cut into 36 squares. Brush with melted butter and bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
Cook Chicken
  1. Season chicken breasts and grill for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked. Chop into small pieces.
Mix Filling
  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, celery, grapes, onion, and mayo. Season to taste and mix well.
Assemble Puffs
  1. Take a pastry square and place a spoonful of filling on one half. Fold and seal. Repeat with remaining squares.
Serve
  1. Arrange puffs on a platter and serve immediately.
