Puff Pastry Preparation
- Thaw puff pastry. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out pastry and cut into 36 squares. Brush with melted butter and bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
Cook Chicken
- Season chicken breasts and grill for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked. Chop into small pieces.
Mix Filling
- In a bowl, combine chicken, celery, grapes, onion, and mayo. Season to taste and mix well.
Assemble Puffs
- Take a pastry square and place a spoonful of filling on one half. Fold and seal. Repeat with remaining squares.
Serve
- Arrange puffs on a platter and serve immediately.
