Making the Ice Cream
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream and cocoa powder. Whip on medium-high speed for 2-3 minutes until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually pour in the sweetened condensed milk while mixing on low speed until just combined. Scrape down the sides to incorporate all ingredients.
- Gently fold in the chopped brownies with a spatula.
- Transfer the mixture into a 9x5 inch loaf pan and smooth the top. Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
- Place the loaf pan in the freezer for at least 5 hours until firm.
- Remove from the freezer, scoop portions using a warm ice cream scoop, and add toppings as desired.
