- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5 inch loaf pan by greasing it with butter or lining with parchment paper.
- Combine 1 ½ cups of mashed ripe bananas with ⅓ cup of melted butter in a large mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
- Stir in ¾ cup of granulated sugar, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of baking soda and a pinch of salt, then fold in 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat together 4 oz of softened cream cheese, ¼ cup of granulated sugar, 1 egg, and 1 tablespoon of flour until smooth.
