Ingredients

Fudge Base
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk Store-bought is perfect for easy preparation.
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips Vegan chocolate chips work as a great dairy-free substitute.
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Swapping for dark chocolate chips will give a richer taste.
Flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon Peppermint Extract Mint extract can be used for a milder flavor.
  • 1 cup Crushed Peppermint Candies Use crushed candy canes for a festive touch.
  • 1 drops Red Food Coloring Optional for vibrant swirls.

Equipment

  • Double Boiler
  • 8x8-inch baking pan
  • parchment paper

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a double boiler over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until smooth, about 5-7 minutes.

  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours, then remove and slice into squares.
